AS Andmevara hereby informs that changes will be made to the company's management board.

Andrus Kõre is stepping down from his role as CEO of AS Andmevara, and leaving the company. Giedrius Cvilikas has been appointed as CEO of AS Andmevara. Giedrius currently serves as a director of Vitma UAB. AS Andmevara and Vitma UAB are both a part of the INVL Technology group of companies.

Giedrius holds a bachelor's degree from Kaunas Technological University and masters degree from St. Cloud State University. He has significant work experience in companys' management and business development.

We are grateful to Andrus and we wish to Giedrius strength to lead the company.
